WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit cards including Visa card, Master card, PayPal and American Express.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, contact us immediately with your order number and reason for return to see if your return will be accepted. For a return, products must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition, anything used or open is not eligible for a return. We will notify you if your return has been accepted or rejected. Any sale items are non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY, INCORRECT OR BROKEN?
If the product you receive is faulty, incorrect or broken contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item(s) and include your order number.
IS SHIPPING COVERED FOR RETURNS?
All shipping and return fees are at the expense of the customer, Love Heart Case does not cover them and they are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you used a credit or debit card for your purchase, the card issuing bank will receive your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return or cancellation request.
If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. Please note refunds may take some time due to bank processing times etc.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE?
GripGolf is not liable if you input an incorrect address during the checkout process. Please ensure that the address you supply is correct before you place your order. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately according to availability.
